It is best to store your bike with a full tank of fresh fuel & also add a fuel additive called sta-bil to the tank which stops the fuel ‘going off’ for a maximum of 12 months. As this time suggests it is best to drain & refill the tank (including new additive) every 12 months.
BMW recommends the engine oil & filter is changed every 12 months, and final drive, gearbox and brake fluids changed every two years (if the bike doesn’t reach the recommended kilometre service within these time periods).
I would also recommend to increase the tyre pressures (approx 60psi) to reduce the possibility of flat spotting them.
